MAUZY—Elmer Ross Mauzy died suddenly, August 27, at Grand Canyon, Ariz.  He is survived by his wife, Blanche Mauzy of Hollywood, and two sisters, Mrs. W.B. Risk of Santa Ana and Mrs. C.W. Nesbitt of Porterville, Calif.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 3, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Gates, Crane and Earl, 1724 North Highland avenue, Hollywood.

Andrus and nine children: Mrs. Arthur Chatwin of Santa Quin, Utah, Mrs. James Gregerson of Salt Lake, Lynn Andrus of Salt Lake, Mrs. Lester Carter of Eureka, Utah, Ernest and Afton Andrus of Manmouth, Utah, and June, Keith and Max Andrus of Santa Ana.  Services will be held from the Church of Latter Day Saints, No. 811 West Myrtle street, Saturday at 10 a.m., under direction of Winbiglers.  Interment at Spanish Fork, Utah.

MARSHALL—In Santa Ana, Sept. 5, 1925, James S. Marshall, aged 70 years, brother of Samuel B. Marshall of 2116 North Main street.  Private services were held from the Winbigler Mission Funeral home this morning, Rev. W.C. Roberts officiating.  Interment being made in Fairhaven cemetery.

 

GREEN—At Balboa, Sept. 6, 1925, Mrs. Leuella S. Green, aged 81 years, sister of Mrs. Nellie Kanouse of South Pasadena.  Services under direction of Winbiglers will be held at the chapel of Evergreen cemetery, Los Angeles, tomorrow at 10 a.m.  The Ladies of Stanton Post N. 16, W.R.C. of Los Angeles will have charge of the services.  Cremation to follow.

 

AIKEN—In Santa Ana, Sept. 7, 1925, William M. Aiken, aged 69 years, of Huntington Beach.  He leaves a brother, A.I. Aiken of Placentia.  Services will be held from the Winbigler Mission Funeral home tomorrow at 3 p.m.  Interment in Fairhaven cemetery.

 

SMITH—At his home 1308 N. Main, Sept. 5, 1925, Carey R. Smith, aged 82 years.  Private funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 8th at 10 a.m. from the home, Smith and Tuthill in charge.  Interment in Fairhaven cemetery.  Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Mrs. Katherine R. Smith and has been a resident of Santa Ana for 41 years.

 

HAMMOCK—At 107 Hickory street, Sept. 7, 1925, Miss Anna Marie Hammock, aged 12 years, daughter of Mrs. J.A. Hammock.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from Smith and Tuthill’s chapel, Rev. Otto Russell officiating.  Interment, Fairhaven cemetery.

Fink, aged 17 years.  Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 11 at 3:30 p.m. from Smith and Tuthill’s chapel.  Interment in Fairhaven cemetery.  Rev. O.V. Lang officiating.  Miss Fink was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Fink of 1333 Grand Ave.

Moffett  Rhodes, of the Spurgeon Memorial church officiating.  Interment in Fairhaven cemetery.

WATTERS—Mrs. Clarence Watters, aged 82 years, passed away, Wednesday, September 23, 1925, at her home at Escondido.  She is survived by a son, James Watters, of Escondido, and a grandson, Charlton Watters, of this city.  Services will be held from the Winbigler's Mission Funeral home, Friday, September 25th, at 2 p.m. with Rev.
